Create a unified pricing module in src/shared/utils/ that wraps resources/pricing.json with typed lookup, tiered cost calculation, and display pricing helpers. This is the foundation for consolidating the dual cost calculation systems (main jsonl.ts + renderer sessionAnalyzer).
