777genius d0c64fabb8 fix: export notifyTeamWatchScopeChanged so the committed build resolves ... TeamProvisioningService imports notifyTeamWatchScopeChanged (added with the setAliveRunId/deleteAliveRunId helpers) but the export was missing, so a clean checkout of the branch failed to typecheck.
