Add Google Calendar Tools (#71)
This PR adds four new tools to the Google ToolKit
* `create_event`
* `list_events`
* `update_event`
* `delete_event`


I also improved an error log when tools are being registered by the
actor.


This PR also sneaks in an eval for gmail
