LUIS NOVO a41703fbac chore: remove unused AddButton component 
The AddButton component was never imported or used anywhere in the
application. Notebook creation is already implemented and working via:
- "New Notebook" button on the notebooks page
- "Create" button in the sidebar
- "Create Notebook" command in the command palette

Closes #390
