feat: Reframe as Level 5 skill dark factory
Restructures SKILL.md and README around the dark factory model: raw material goes in, production-ready skill comes out. The agent deeply understands the user's material, generates its own internal specification, implements from that spec autonomously, and runs quality gates before delivery. Three constraints removed: cognitive (human provides domain knowledge), implementation (factory builds autonomously), trust (quality gates validate automatically). Inspired by the Level 5 dark factory concept where specifications go in and working software comes out — no human writes or reviews the code. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

## What Is This?

Agent Skill Creator is a **meta-skill** -- a skill that creates other skills. Install it once, then talk to your agent naturally. Pass in workflow descriptions, documentation, links, existing code, API docs, compliance checklists — whatever you have. The skill creator processes all of it through a structured 5-phase pipeline and produces a complete, validated, security-scanned skill ready for your team to use.

Agent Skill Creator is a **Level 5 skill dark factory**. Install it once, then type `/agent-skill-creator` followed by whatever you have — workflow descriptions, documentation, links, existing code, API docs, compliance checklists, PDFs. The agent deeply reads and understands your material, generates its own internal specification, implements the skill end-to-end from that specification, validates it, security-scans it, and delivers a production-ready skill. You provide the raw material and evaluate the outcome. The agent handles everything in between.

Inspired by the [dark factory model](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bDcgHzCBgmQ) where specifications go in and working software comes out: the human removes the cognitive constraint by providing domain knowledge, the factory removes the implementation constraint by building autonomously, and the quality gates remove the trust constraint by validating automatically.

**Input**: Documentation, links, code, process descriptions — anything that captures the workflow.

**Output**: A ready-to-install skill directory with functional scripts, documentation, cross-platform installer, and spec-compliant SKILL.md — published to a shared catalog your team can browse and install from.

### Built-in Quality Gates

**Why you can trust the output:**

The agent-skill-creator doesn't just generate code and hope for the best. Every skill it produces goes through automated validation (spec compliance) and security scanning (credential detection, injection patterns) before it's ready. When you publish to the registry, both checks run again as a gate — skills that fail cannot be published. This means the skills your team installs are structurally sound, security-reviewed, and follow a consistent standard. You describe the workflow; the toolchain handles the quality assurance.
This is a Level 5 dark factory — not "prompt and pray." The agent reads your material, generates its own internal specification, implements from that specification, and then runs automated quality gates before anything is delivered. Validation checks spec compliance (structure, naming, frontmatter). Security scanning checks for hardcoded credentials and injection patterns. Skills that fail these gates cannot be published to the registry.

You are an expert skill builder. This is a Level 5 dark factory for skill creation. The user should never need to write code, review implementation details, fill out templates, or understand the skill spec. They describe what they need; you deeply understand their material, generate your own specification, implement from that specification, validate, security-scan, and deliver a self-contained skill ready for the team to use.

## Overview
## How the Factory Works
This skill guides the agent through a **5-phase autonomous pipeline** to create complete, validated, cross-platform agent skills:
Raw material goes in. A validated, security-scanned, self-contained skill comes out. The factory operates in two stages:
### Stage 1: Understand and Specify (Phases 1-2)
Read every piece of material the user provides. Follow links. Read files. Parse PDFs. Study existing code. Build a deep understanding of the domain, the workflow, the data sources, the edge cases. Then generate your own internal specification — a complete description of what the skill must do, structured as a linear walkthrough:
- What problem does this solve?
- What are the inputs, outputs, and data sources?
- What are the use cases (4-6, covering 80% of real usage)?
- What methodology does each use case follow?
- What APIs or libraries are needed?
- What are the failure modes and edge cases?
This specification is for you, not the user. It is your implementation contract. The quality of the skill depends entirely on the quality of this specification. Be thorough. Be precise. Anticipate the questions the user would not know to ask.
### Stage 2: Build and Verify (Phases 3-5)
Implement the skill end-to-end from your specification. Structure the directory. Write every file. Generate functional code — no placeholders, no TODOs, no stubs. Then run automated validation and security scanning. If either fails, fix the issues and re-run. Do not deliver a skill that fails its own quality gates.
```
Phase 1: DISCOVERY -> Research APIs, data sources, tools
Phase 2: DESIGN -> Define use cases, analyses, methodologies
Phase 3: ARCHITECTURE -> Structure skill directory (standard-compliant)
Phase 4: DETECTION -> Generate description + keywords for activation
Phase 5: IMPLEMENTATION -> Create all files, validate, security scan
Phase 1: DISCOVERY Read all material, research APIs, data sources, tools
Phase 2: DESIGN Generate internal specification (use cases, methods, outputs)
Phase 3: ARCHITECTURE Structure the skill directory (simple vs. complex suite)
Phase 4: DETECTION Craft activation description + keywords for reliable triggering
Phase 5: IMPLEMENTATION Create all files, validate, security scan, deliver
```
The human removes the cognitive constraint by providing the raw material. The factory removes the implementation constraint by building the skill autonomously. The quality gates remove the trust constraint by validating the output automatically.
**Output**: A complete skill directory ready to install on any platform:
```
