# SC-038: Five-Phase Pipeline Is Preserved
|

|

## Given
|
|
- The meta-skill is invoked with: "Create a skill for automated email triage"
|
|
|
|
## When
|
|
- The meta-skill processes the request from start to finish
|
|
|
|
## Then
|
|
- All 5 phases execute in order:
|
|
1. Phase 1: Discovery (research APIs, tools, data sources)
|
|
2. Phase 2: Design (define use cases, methodologies)
|
|
3. Phase 3: Architecture (structure the skill directory)
|
|
4. Phase 4: Detection (generate description with domain keywords)
|
|
5. Phase 5: Implementation (create all files, validate, scan)
|
|
- No phase is skipped
|
|
- The output explicitly references each phase
|
|
|
|
## Verification Method
|
|
|
|
**Method**: Manual test
|
|
|
|
**Steps**:
|
|
1. Run the meta-skill with the email triage input
|
|
2. Observe the output for phase markers (Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, Phase 4, Phase 5)
|
|
3. Verify all 5 phases are executed sequentially
|
|
|
|
**Expected evidence**: Output contains clear markers for all 5 phases: "Phase 1: Discovery", "Phase 2: Design", "Phase 3: Architecture", "Phase 4: Detection", "Phase 5: Implementation". Each phase produces visible output.
